epitomi was born out of a frustration with the lack of options for beautiful, modern Indonesian heritage fashion. 

When I moved permanently to Australia, I realised then how much the world is missing out on these insanely stunning garments.

Indonesia is home to ~3000 heritage textiles and each piece of the cloth tells a story.  They are meticulously handcrafted (either by weaving or drawing) with skills that are passed down through generations.

It's been both a privilege and responsibility to support the local artisans who pour their heart into this beautiful art, preserving a heritage that was long considered as 'ordinary'.  

And by doing this, we're empowering you to step out into your own light, with confidence and shine, knowing you're wearing something that is truly extraordinary.
