Refund policy

Free return within 30 days of receipt
We know sometimes when the goods arrive, they're not what you expect and we want to make sure that you love what you get!  You can return them provided that they're in the same condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Gosh, we're so sorry! Please do inspect your goods upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix it asap for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  You’ll receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@epitomiofficial.com.
